Make detangling curly, coily and textured hair easier with Aunt Jackie's Kids Knot Havin' It! Leave-In Ultimate Detangling Moisturizer 12oz, a moisturising leave-in designed to help loosen knots, soften hair and improve manageability.

This multi-purpose children's hair product works as a detangler, leave-in conditioner and moisturiser, helping make combing and styling easier while adding moisture to dry, tangled strands.

Its conditioning formula provides slip to help gently work through knots and tangles without unnecessary pulling. Humectants help replenish moisture, while a blend of conditioning oils and butters helps support softness, elasticity and easier everyday styling.

Especially useful for curly, coily, natural, Afro and textured children's hair, Knot Havin' It can be applied to clean damp hair before combing, braiding, twisting or styling.

The formula includes Shea Butter, Coconut Oil and Olive Oil, alongside other conditioning ingredients, to help leave hair feeling softer, smoother and more manageable.

Ideal for busy wash days, protective styling preparation and daily detangling routines.

Key Features & Benefits

• Super Slippery Instant Detangling: Specially engineered with an ultra-slick therapeutic matrix that instantly loosens up stubborn, tight knots and tangles to guarantee painless, tear-free combing sessions.
• Long-Lasting Moisture Therapy: Infused with natural humectants that deeply replenish dry hair fibers, locking in continuous hydration all day long to control mid-day frizz.
• Elasticity & Strength Recovery: Combines Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to reinforce the hair's structural integrity, improve tensile elasticity, and drastically reduce combing breakage.
• Gentle Botanical Formula: Whipped into a feather-light cream that conditions fine, delicate strands without leaving crunchy residue, greasy buildup, or heavy wax accumulation.
• Clean Formulation Profile: 100% free from harsh drying sulfates, parabens, mineral oils, and petrolatum. Certified cruelty-free and optimal for naturally curly, coily, or wavy children's hair textures.

How to Use

For best results, use on clean, damp hair.

1. Divide the hair into manageable sections.
2. Apply a small amount of Aunt Jackie's Knot Havin' It to one section at a time.
3. Gently distribute through the hair.
4. Using a wide-tooth comb, begin detangling from the ends.
5. Gradually work upward toward the roots.
6. Do not force the comb through knots.
7. Apply a little more product to stubborn areas if required.
8. Leave in and style as desired.

A smaller amount may also be used on clean, dry hair when additional moisture or detangling is needed.

Do not rinse.

Detangling Tips

For a gentler children's hair-care routine:

• Work in small sections
• Start from the ends rather than the roots
• Hold the hair above the section being detangled to reduce pulling
• Use fingers to separate larger knots first
• Follow with a wide-tooth comb or suitable detangling brush
• Add additional product only where needed
• Avoid aggressively pulling through tangles

Hair Care & Styling Tips

💡 Use before brushing or combing to prevent breakage.
💡 Ideal for school mornings & bedtime routines.
💡 Great for braids, twists, ponytails & wash-and-go styles.
💡 Can be used daily without build-up.
💡 Pair with Aunt Jackie’s Kids Curling Custard for defined curls.

For external cosmetic use on the hair and scalp only. Avoid dragging or getting the cream near or inside the eyes. If direct contact occurs, flush immediately and thoroughly with clean, cool water.

Best when applied to clean, damp hair. Divide hair into small sections, apply a small amount, and use a wide-tooth comb starting strictly from the ends, gently working upward toward the roots. Do not yank or pull aggressively through stubborn tangles. This is a leave-in treatment; do not rinse it out. Keep out of reach of infants.
